Hello Aspirant,
Yes of course you can appear for NEET and can also join for either MBBS or any other courses like BAMS, BHMS and so on on the basis of your NEET score even if you have completed your B.Pharm degree. The reason being for this is there is no age limit for NEET and any candidate who has crossed the age of 17 on December 31st of the examination year can appear for NEET. Apart from the age criteria there is an educational criteria which you have to satisfy to be eligible for NEET :-
You must have passed your class 12th/PUC with Physics, Biology and Chemistry as mandatory subjects and also you should have your minimum aggregate of 50% separately in theory as well as practical part for Unreserved category, 40% for OBC/SC/ST and 45% for PwD certificate holders. In your curriculum English subject should also be there.
