The basic eligibility criteria for getting admission in masters in food and nutrition is that the candidate must have a bachelor's degree in food science or any equivalent discipline with minimum of required marks in the qualifying examination.
So, concluding that eligibility criteria is a graduation that can be in nutrition/dietetics/food science/food technology.
However, few colleges or institution may have their specific eligibility criteria.

You can absolutely go for MSc food and nutrition(i.e dietetics) after a BSc in food technology. After all these two disciplines are core topics under food sciences. It is a very good choice.
