No, you can't get a good college with 26590 rank in comedk, that too with general category.
You can't get the best colleges of Banglore or any other best college under comedk. As top 10 colleges for cs branch under COMEDK closes its cutoff around 15,000.
You can get other colleges, which are not at their best, but comes under COMEDK.
