can i join 2nd year of bba in another college in another state because I am shifting

Hello Raju choudary, BBA(bachelor of business administration) is a degree where you get a certificate after the completion of the course, so you cannot change your college, some colleges may require to pay complete fee but even then you have to join in 1st year in other college, you cannot continue from 2nd year.
