can I join IIM with commerce but without maths???

Yes, you can get into IIMs even if you don't have maths and you are a Commerce student.
This is because,
To get admission in IIMs ,you need to clear CAT examination and to be eligible for CAT you just need a bachelor's degree in any discipline ,there is no restriction that you must have studied maths or any other subject in graduation in order to be eligible. So, as a commerce student without Maths there will be no problem in getting admission in IIMs.

To be eligible for CAT ,

you need a Bachelor's/graduation degree in any discipline from a recognised university.
you must have got at least 50 per cent marks or equivalent CGPA in your graduation . SC/ST/PH students need only at least 45 percentage in Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline to be eligible .
Candidates who are in the final year of their graduation are also eligible for CAT examination.
There is no age restriction to be eligible
It is not mandatory to have work experience to be eligible

For joining any iim first of all you need to clear cat which contains three sections which is verbal ability, Logical reasoning, and the quant section. And the quant section is basically the maths section, so you need to have maths as your subject or if you don't have then prepare for the subject.
