Hello Sandeep!
If you are pursuing diploma in electrical engineering and at the same time if you have given your JEE Mains and JEE Advanced exam, and if you have got admission in one of the NITs or IITs or IIITs, then ofcourse, you can discontinue your diploma and join the B.E course in which you got admission.
However, if you are not sure of results then don't discontinue beforehand. Wait till seat allocation and then decide.
