Can i make corrections in cat registration form, after submitting it, payment is also made. I want to change class 12 marks.

I don't think if it is possible to make any correction once you have submitted the form.

CAT applications are online services. The forms that you fill up stay in your database unless you don't submit it.
Also, the final step of the forms is payment. once the payment is done the form is submitted for evaluation and one cannot revert it back even for the changes.
I am afraid there is nothing you can do now, but just take up a chance and try contacting the POCs of CAt, they might be able to help you.

Corrections can be made through online process only. Students can edit the form any number of times before the fee submission. After you complete the last section, i.e. Payment, your application for CAT 2018 will be considered complete and you will receive a confirmation mail.
