Hey there,
According to our college and most of the college you need to apply for it during the admission process as we know TFWS stands for Tuition Fee Waiver Scheme. It is actually a financial assistance for meritorious students who have scored good marks in entrance examinations and are opting for engineering admissions. Under this scheme, the tuition fee of the aspirant is waived. Rest of the fees should be payed by the beneficiary. Eligibilty for TFWS Parent’s annual income should be less than Rs.6,00,000. Student should produce income certificate at the time of admission process which issued by the competent authority of government. Student getting the benefit of TFWS will not be allowed to change the college or course or branch. If student fails in a particular academic year, he will no longer get the benefit of this scheme. For second year student getting admission through LEET , TWFS is applicable depending only if they score well in entrance exam. And its only for the lateral candidates.
Hope that helps
