Hello student!
Yes you can apply for AIQ and state quota conducted by MCC and state authority respectively.
MCC conducts counselling for 15% quota seats of government medical college, all seat of AIIMS ,JIPMER DU colleges, VMMC ,and IMS BHU
And state authorities does counselling for the 85% state quota seats . So you can apply for both .

Hello,

Yes you can participate in both the counselling conducted by Directorate General of Health Services and your state counselling since the allotment of seats is 15% and 85% respectively but you have to apply separately for both.
