Im from rajasthan domicile, can I apply for government colleges in 85% quota of UP state counselling. As UP is an fully open state.

Hi aspirant,

If you have a domicile certificate of Bihar state only, then you can only apply in Bihar for state counselling. You cannot participate in other state's counselling rounds as domicile certificate of the state you are applying for is a MUST. However, you can apply in other states for All India counselling.
