Can I participate in other states counselling .I have domicile of Gujarat.

Since you have not mentioned which course or college do you want to pursue, I would provide the general answer. Yes, you can apply for other state's counselling in colleges which have the quota for external students. Some colleges have seat reserved for outside candidates around 10%-20%, and you can apply to those colleges but some do not have an outside candidate quota. Hope this helps.
