Can i participate in the csab special round without reporting at allotted institute after josaa seventh round?
Hello aspirant,
Few eligibility criteria for CSAB 2019 are :
- The candidates should possess state code of eligibility as per the rules of JoSAA 2019 or as notified by the 12th standard qualifying exam mark-sheet or as notified by the Union Territory.
- The candidates should not have been allotted a seat during the special vacant seat filling round.
- Candidates should not have reported against an allotment in the previous JoSAA rounds.
- Those candidates who reported at the reporting centre but their seat was cancelled due to change of category and are still unallotted will be eligible.
- The candidates who after paying the initial fee of Rs. 45,000 (Rs. 20,000 for reserved categories)fail to report for allotment will be eligible.
- Candidates who reported against their allotted seat but withdrew before the sixth round of JoSAA 2019 counselling will be eligible.
Hope it helps.
Good luck!
You can't participate in the CSAB special round without withdrawal of your allotted seat in 7th round of JOSAA counseling by reporting. If yu didn't report at your allotted institute in the time of 19th July to 23rd July then your number is automatically rejected. If you want to participate in the CSAB special round 2019 then you have to report at the allotted institute. Hope it helps you.
Thank you.
