Greetings !!

Yes, definitely you can prepare for UPSC after MBBS. In 2014 UPSC 2nd rank holder was Ms. Dr Renu Raj. Every year lot of persons from Medical background are cracking this exam. As you know UPSC is not a cake walk , it require 100 % dedication , consistent effort , Patience etc. I suggest you to follow UPSC coaching You tube channels like Unacademy , Byjus IAS for detailed updates about subject selection and all.
