Hope you are doing absolutely great.
So with regard to your query, NO you cannot do two courses constantly at the same time. However you can do distant education of Diploma in Psychology along with 2nd year MBBS. However, the new education policy had introduced to allow doing two courses at the same time, but this is not still under implementation in many colleges.
