I am in my second year currently. Can i go for a diploma now? along with my graduation.?
Do you think that even if you get a diploma it will be as good as you will learn it full time. So its better to do one thing whole heartedly rather than to invest time with scattered concentration.
Now as per the rules, you aren't eligible to do two courses at a time. But its undoubtedly a fact that many private colleges allows such kind of unethical things. So if you wish you can go but it will be of no use if you wont learn anything from the course. So if you want to go for Diploma just go for it with full concentration.

diploma eligibility is 10 pass or 10+2 pass with in 50%

No, You can not do both degree and diploma. A student pursuing a degree programme under regular mode may be allowed to pursue a maximum of one certificate, diploma, advanced diploma, PG diploma programme simultaneously either in regular or open and distance mode in the same university or from other institutions,
if you want to do the second course through an open university then you can do it together but it is not recommended to do so as these two things might affect each other .
