Hi Dear, Avoid entering the percentage symbol at first place. In other case you can round it off. Say if its 70.46 then you can just mention 70.

This way you will be able to complete the application if it is not taking in the decimal form.

Hey just for your information, There is some technical error on the CBSE application page site itself. Will suggest you to save the form, close the window, retry filling exact percentage with decimals after a few hours and it should work.
