Your basics in Physics, Chemistry & Mathematics should be very clear upto 12th std, you should read NCERT books of Physics, Chemistry & Mathematics of class 11th & 12th at least 2 or 3 times for basics. Well nothing is possible so yes you can definitely prepare for jee mains exam after 12th in 10 months. Just prepare whole syllabus once and than after that at time of revision prepare by solving last years question papers. Just make your mide and achive your goal.
