Can I register directly for round 2 counseling or is round 1 compulsory in Manipal (MET)?

So with regard to your query, YES after appearing for the first round counselling of MET seats will be allotted and in case if you had not got any seat, then second round will be started, and in case if you did not get any seat in round 2 then round 3 will begin.
