Hello Aspirant,
Yes, you can just keep your confidence high and then start working towards your aim.
Choose chemistry first as time is not left. Start chemistry with NCERT and try to look over, analyse and comprehend every topic. No necessity to refer to any other reference books this time because it has the same basic reactions for organic chemistry, and the same concepts and don't reduce your confidence in solving those questions. Put stick notes for inorganic, especially for reactions of various group elements and exceptions in those groups and organic chemistry for named reactions. Write exceptions for inorganic chemistry and named reactions nice and clear and put a glance every day as you may forget these. If you feel any difficulty in physical chemistry then you can skip some topics but do these topics positively Thermo, electrochemistry, and ionic equilibrium.
You can expect 11–13 questions for physical, 9–11 questions for inorganic and 10- 12 questions for organic. So focus more on organic and inorganic and some topics in physical chemistry. For Maths focus first on co-ordinate geometry, a relatively simple and decent number of questions asked. Going for some easy topics in algebra like matrices, permutations, combinations, sets, trigonometry, statistics, etc is much valuable and can be finished in very little time. If you choose physics begin with Modern physics, semiconductors, electromagnetic waves, atom, nucleus, optics and magnetism, Mechanics is also easy if you are fond of physics but you can omit chapters like rotation as less time is there. Choose 70–80% of the syllabus to finish and exclude the rest of 20%. In the last week before the exam do at least 5 previous year's exam papers.
All the best.
