Can i still apply for MH CET MBA '19 and apper for the exam on 11th March with no background in cat or amy exam???

Yes, you msot definitely can appear for MH CET MBA 2019. It is not mandatory to appear for any other exam to sit for MH CET. However I suggets you to check the eligibility criteria once befor you fill the application form. Also, the application deadline has been extended to Feb 18 so if you must fill the form as soon as possible.
