Can I take admission in the course that I have not filled in the Delhi university form ?

Hello!
Unfortunately you cannot take admission in courses you haven't filled in the Delhi University form regardless of college or the fact that your percentage matches with the cut off, they don't count these all factors if you haven't filled that particular course in the form.

No you cannot take admission into any course apart from which the course you have selected in your registration form..
