can i take both core English and elective hindi in my best four ? is there any deduction?

Hello,
One can only add one core subjects and three elective in best four.As per DU guidelines two language subjects can only be included in best of four percentage when one of them is elective and another is a core subject. So, yes you can add English core and hindi elective in best four.
