Your question is not clear and I'm not able to get that what you want to ask, what I can understand is that you want to know the eligibility criteria to appear in NEET exam, if it so, then the minimum eligibility criteria to appear in NEET exam is that the candidate must have passed 10+2 with Physics, Chemistry, Biology/Biotechnology and English core as Mandatory subject.

So If you have passed 10+2 with PCB and English subject then you are eligible to appear in the NEET exam, also if you are in the 12th class with PCB and English core subjects, then you're also eligible to appear in the exam.
