Hey Anand,

Yes you can, But see the last date of the form to use.

Generally caste certificate form is used for 1 year only. So if your certificate crossed 1 year then it will not in use other wise you can upload.

hi bahauddin ,for nc-OBC candidates it is mentioned to upload a document can u plz let me know by which authority it should be signed?

if your certi is digital then it should be on to SDO level
