You can upload same passport and postcard size photograph on NEET application form . But keep remember for passport size photograph it is of 10kb to 200kb in JPG/JPEG format. Also the size of postcard size photograph is of 4"*6".  It is of 50kb to 300kb in size and JPG/JPEG format. Also, Keep at least 6 to 8 passport size and 4 to 6 Postcard size colour photographs ready to be used during admissions and counselling sessions.
