NTA is conducting jee mains two times a year from 2019 for the benefit of students to get habituated for competitive exam pattern and help students to get good rank .
Students who write exam two times best of two is taken into consideration.
Yes you can write jee main two times in a year and best of two is taken for final rank list.

Yes you can apply for jee main in both month january and april.The better marks will be consider as your final result.You can check detail here
