can income tax payee with less than 8 lakh annual income get an ews certificate ??

Hi there,
Individuals who does not come under the reservation scheme of sc, st and obc or an individual who belongs from general category can apply for ews certificate.
The annual family income of individual should be less than 8 lakh Rupees in a financial year. Income should include income from all sources.
