Sorry but now you can't apply for neet exam because the registration for it is closed.
You will have to wait till next year if you want to give neet exam.

Hi,
I am sorry to say but the last date of receiving application for NEET 2019 was 7th of December 2018. So you can't apply now. The important dates of NEET 2019 are given in the link given below -
