No, you are not eligible. You can appear for GATE exam when you are in final year of MSc or after completing MSc only.

NO BSC STUDENTS ARE ALLOWED TO WRITE JAM EXAM SO THAT THEY CAN GET ADMISSIONS IN IIT FOR MSC. YOU CAN REFER TO GOOGLE FOR THE PATTERN OF THE EXAM AND ITS SYLABBUS
