Can someone plz suggest me if with 49 % in graduation i can prepare for GMAT and get admission in good business school to pursue E-MBA.

Yes, you can apply for GMAT Exam.
Following is the GMAT Eligibility Criteria-
The candidates appearing for GMAT should be graduates or completed Bachelor's Degree from a recognised institute or university. Apart from that, there are no particular eligibility criteria for the exam.
