can students of other states can apply for ap eamcet, weather they are give seat in collages of ap or not

thank you for approaching us . to apply for ap eamcet , all the students should belong to the state of ap ot telangana . it is important for the candidate to satisfy local/non-local status requirements as per the state of ap or telangana .
