The documents you will be required for NEET 2019 are mentioned below-

• Your Admit card
• NEET 2019 result or rank letter
• eight passports sized photographs(it should be same as that affixed in the application form)
• Class 10th certificate
• Class 12th certificate and marksheet
• Proof of identity
• Category Certificate(if applicable)
• Provisional allotment letter, that is generated online

You must have original and attested photocopies of the above mentioned documents.
