Some colleges have this facility some don't and if provided there should be vacant seat in that branch then only it is possible.

hello,
as you must be knowing that this totally depends on the policy of the colleges, you may if you score according to the course.
you need to ask your co-ordinator for this who would direct you to the HoD and further to the dean, which includes a good amount of paper work.
this is although easy as the BTech 1st year course is same for all branches.
consult the faculty for better answers.
