You have mentioned your category rank but you haven't mentioned your category. Considering Common Merit Rank you do not have chances to get seat in NIFT, Delhi based on the cut off in 2020. Here is the cut off in 2020 for admission to B.Des in NIFT Delhi under General category

• Textile Design: 396
• Knitwear Design: 432
• Fashion Design: 144
• Fashion Communication: 89
• Accessory Design: 205

Considering your CMR you do not have chances to get seat in NIFT, Delhi. Cut off is subjected to change, it may increase or decrease depending on total number of candidates appeared, difficulty level of examination and total number of seats available etc.
