can we give the preliminary exam in kannada?

In your question you have not mention what examination you are facing for in Karnataka.In Karnataka there is Karnataka judicial Service where is preliminary examination through which the candidate qualified for the main examination, there is Karnataka Public Service commission exams in which exams is also included to qualify in appearing for main examination, there is Karnataka administrative Service which which is conducted by Karnataka Public Service commission and in this examination preliminary examination is included for qualifying oneself to appear in the main examination. By this examination candidate has to to get post in administrative services in the districts of states different levels.
