Can we upload the xerox copy of the tenth mark statement for online application for NEET (UG) 2020 ?. Will It be accepted by NTA ?.

At first I want inform you that you should upload your 10th passing certificate not marksheet because it is clearly mentioned in the bulletin of neet ug.
but some boards does not provide passing certificate in this case you can upload your 10th marksheet.
and remember upload only the scanned image of original certificate not xerox of certificate either you upload passing certificate or 10th marksheet.

No you cannot upload xerox of 10th certificate. You need to scan your Class X original Passing Certificate and not the xerox copy for uploading while neet application form
you can check the documents required for filling neet application form below :-
Your passport size photograph:- background should be white , preferably with name and date of taking the photograph. Photograph should not be with cap or goggles. The focus needs to be on face (80% face coverage, ears clearly visible, on white background).
Postcard size picture:- Must be taken on or after September 1, 2019.Preferably with name and date of taking the photograph and should not be with cap or goggles.
Signature:- it should be on white Background with black pen; signature should be in running hand writing [not in capital letter].
Left-hand thumb impression:- it should be with blue ink on white paper
