With such a low jee main percentile and low 12th percentage, you won't be able to fetch any government college through jee main.
You can go for state joint entrance examination colleges which takes admission if the 12th percentage is less than
50%. Or you can also go for good private college which take admission through their own entrance examination like vitee etc.

who have secured 75% above in the 12th standard and 65% for the reserved candidates
