First for getting admission in NITs/IIITs/IITs and GFTIs you need to satisfy some eligibility criteria as per follow:
- Candidates must have secured at least minimum 75% marks in class 12 or equivalent exam or he/she must have secured top 20 percentile in thier respective boards.
- Candidates who belong to SC/ST must have secured at least 65% marks in their class 12 exam.

At your rank, it would be impossible for you to get admission in any of the government colleges if you're from the general category. I would suggest you to start looking for other options. To be eligible for admission through JOSAA, your board percentage should be either 75% or you should be in top 20 percentile of your board.
