To be honest, Naresh, it depends on various factors. As a fresher, a HR would get a annual package less than 5 lakhs per annum depending on the Organisation he/she is working for. Things are different when you go through Campus placements. That is when you actually have chances of higher packages. Even if you already have the Advance Diploma at the time of joining the Oganisation, the truth is appraisal process works on the principle of the Bell Curve. And your salary hike depends on your annual performance, the Company's performance in the market. To get 60,000Rs per month is approximately 8-10 lakhs per annum CTC. Your hike depends on what you previous salary has been as well. If it has been around 50,000Rs per month, yes it can be increased to 60,000Rs per month.
