Hello Aspirant,
You need to devide the time properly for your boards & JEE Main Exam. With the correct preparation strategy, you can achieve the results that you want in both the examinations.
Know your Syllabus Well : It is essential that you know what topics you have to cover for the examination. Board exams cover only 12th standard syllabus whereas JEE Main covers both 11th and 12th standard syllabus. Therefore, you should know what topics and subjects are likely to appear for the examinations.
Create a Time Table : Divide your syllabus and allot specific timings per day for a subject. The timings should be devided in such a way that at least some topics of each subject are covered per day. Since JEE Main also consists of the 11th standard syllabus, make some time in the evening or morning for the topics related to the 11th standard. Timetables will help you stay on track to complete the syllabus.
Develop your Daily Targets : Make your daily targets in such a way that the entire syllabus will be completed well before time so that enough days are left for revision. The main focus should be on completing 12th standard syllabus for the board examinations. it is advised that some part of the syllabus is completed in the daily targets along with the 12th standard syllabus.
Practise MCQ questions : Multiple Choice Questions will be there in the JEE Main examination. Solving MCQ’s per day will allow you to revise constantly will also provide a base for the extensive descriptive answers of class 12th board examinations. Keep solving a few MCQ questions every day for better preparation.
Practise with the Sample papers & join Mock test also to analyze your performance.

Good Luck!
Jee is considered one of the toughest exams of India.
Just start with the syllabus
1. Analyse the syllabus wholly.
2. Highlight the topics which you haven't read yet, and start with them
3. Make a routine and divide the timing for the three subjects.
4. If you are in 11th, everything would seem to be very new to you. So start with a basic book, I would suggest for the very recommended NCERT for physics and chemistry.
For maths, practice from r.d Sharma or RS Agarwal.
5. After completion of every chapter, you practice the DDP and study material of any good coaching or else, practice previous years question s.
For phy, i would recommend you to study and practice D.C Pandey.
For chem, ncert +RC Mukherje(physical) , I think that would be enough .
After, completing your syllabus, probably in the month of Dec, start giving me test series of a good institute.
Remember, consistency+ hard work is all what you require to crack any exam.
I hope this helps.
Follow a time table- see to that your time table isn't monotonous. Like don't make the same time table for months or don't make the whole time table of the whole year or month at once. Take small steps. Make short time goals. Make time table for short time like a week. Update time table every week.
Remember to put chapters and syllabus on cycle.
When bored and tired of studying, study English ncerts. Will help you freshen up and cover for boards as well.
Don't drown in studies completely.- give at least an hour or 30 mins to leisure activities. NOT MOBILE PHONES OR VIDEO GAMES. But some physical activities.
Do not completely isolate yourself. Stay in groups and stay updated.
Group study is the solution- make good competitors your friends and study in groups.
Make short notes for chemistry.
HCV for physics is best. And also practice derivations as they will help you remember the formula and also help you for boards at the same time.
RD SHARMA is the basic book for maths.
Increase concentration and sitting power.
Drink plenty of water.
Don't get stressed.
Listen to calm music for 15 mins.
Meditate daily and talk to your parents.
Hope it helps.
Thank you.
