Lockdown has nothing to do with difficulty level of neet examination ,it has been just postponed due to Lock down.

Nothing can be said whether difficulty level of neet 2020 examination paper will be increased or not, but you don't need to worry about it , because if NEET paper is  difficult this year then it will be difficult for all the aspirants and if it's easy then it will be easy for all the aspirants.

So all you need to do is focus on your studies and prepare well for neet examination utilising the extra time you have got due to lock down

There hasn't been any such announcement till now. And, no. The difficulty level shouldn't change due to covid-19 pandemic. If there will be any such announcement in future we will let you know. For updates you can visit the official NTA website regularly.
