cbse cancelled its board exams and released the results only 88 percent students passed if the exams are cancelled then all the students should be passed am i ryt?

Dear student,
Not all papers were cancelled, only remaining papers are cancelled which were not conducted due to covid-19.
The result which is declared is based on the exams which students have already given.
Also if all the students would passed right away, there will be no value of the marksheet in the future.
