i am studying in jawaharlal technological university(jnthuh) i want to know if exams are cancelled for the present semester then all the students will get passed in that semester which is cancelled because i am in my first year and i have all the backlogs in my first semester will i get pass?

The UGC commission has decided to conduct semester exams to all the final year students. And all the 1st,2nd,3rd year students will be promoted on the basis of internal marks but till there is no official confirmation from the JNTUH.
So as you said you are in 1st year,you might be in your 2nd semester. when JNTUH promotes the students, you will only pass the 2nd semester subjects only . Your backlog subjects in 1st year remains same and they will conduct exams of supplementary in coming academic year.

will i pass all the semester because my internal marks in one subject is very poore even all the subjects i have backlogs thats why i am asking

The pass requirement will be totally depends upon the how many internal marks you have got in each subject. So if you have less marks in internal body. you may get lesser marks or you may fail in the exam . because it is based on the university decision.
