With 56 Jee main score your percentile will be around 83 or 84 which is a good score. Now whether you will get a seat in government college depends upon cut off of the college 2020. Cut off depends upon number of candidates appeared and qualified in exam, difficulty level of exam, previous year's cut off and availability of seats etc.

. For SC Category , cut off is 54 percentile hence you are qualified

You may try  in government engineering colleges like  Jamia milia islamia, sardar Vallabh bai national institute of technology , Punjab engineering college , Chandigarh , University of Hyderabad etc.
