First of all yes it is right that it will be difficult ( almost no chance to get any good college ).
But i would suggest you to fill only those choices in which you wants to go and can go.
And fill the choices after analysing all the details like 7 th round closing ranks and number of seats vacant after it.
So fill it very carefully and wisely.
There are some options you may choose like ( nit Jamshedpur ; Raipur ; IIIT Sonipat and some other IIITs and low ranking nits like nit Srinagar ; uttarakhand ; Puducherry ; Goa etc.).

Hey Aspirant as you have mentioned in your query that your rank is 61882 then I must tell you that on this rank it is not very likely for you to get a seat in Csab round of counselling since this rank is too high for the round and around only contains the seats which are left from the other rounds.
