I am extremely sorry to tell you dear but there is no college which provide admission in MBBS without Neet as admission in all the medical college be it government or private , even under management quota in private medical college is through neet.
This is because,
Neet examination has been made mandatory to qualify to take admission in any medical college for MBBS, BDS etc
So, without qualifying Neet examination you cannot get admission in any college , leave India you cannot get admission in even abroad if you don't qualify Neet examination, as Neet is compulsory to qualify even for admission in abroad for medical or Dental College
So,
As you want to do MBBS , I suggest you to prepare for appear in neet examination and qualify it
Also, to appear in NEET examination you need to be eligible for it
Neet 2021 eligibility criteria says that to be eligible you must be either appearing for 12th board examination or should have passed 12th board examination with physics, chemistry ,biology/biotechnology and English and must have got:-
at least 40% in aggregate of PCB if belongs to st/Obc/ Sc
at least 50 % in aggregate of PCB i.e Physics, Chemistry and Biology/Biotechnology in 12th examination if belongs to general category
at least 45 % in aggregate of PCB in case of pwd candidates to be eligible.
Also,
* to be eligible for neet 2021 one has to be at least 17 years old or more by 31st December 2021
* There is no upper age limit for Neet 2021
* There's no limit for the maximum number of attempts/times one can appear in NEET.

-) As of now ,your neet 2021 examination application form and date has not been released, the application form is expected to be released by the end of February
-) Neet 2021 application form will be released at its official website i. e ntaneet . nic . in , and once released you will be able to fill it by going through these steps :- neet registration - > filling of the application form - > uploading documents - > paying the application form taking a printout of the confirmation page . Now that,
limited time is left for neet 2021 , so you should be focusing on your preparation,
practising chapterwise questions
then revising the chapters,
solve at least previous 10 year neet question papers as concept behind the question often gets repeated in the examination so it will be of great help in your preparation ,
go through neet mock test papers as it will let you know your preparation level and and weak areas so that you can work on them and perform well in your examination.
