As both are IIT's so they follow the same curriculum . Now it's based on your preference on the basis which you are comfortable with.

Both of them have well facilitated with

Hostel
Good faculties
Placement cell
Good infrastructure

As both the colleges are well known and renowned and both are IIT's so they follow the same syllabus. Now it's on you which one is more good on the basis of where you living both have well hostel facility
