As an alumnus of LPU, I feel proud to answer this question. I was a student in the B.Tech CSE of 2012 batch, the knowledge that I gained while my course duration has helped me a lot in shaping my career. I am currently working as an Application Development Analyst in Accenture, Noida.
To begin with, LPU provides a lot of options in engineering only. It is one of the most highlighted courses. It has B.tech and B.tech (Hons) courses. B.Tech (Hons.) With time they had introduced my new programs considering in mind the change occurring in technology.
LPU has been ranked in the top 100 private universities by many outer agencies such as Business Today, golden star awards, Digital learning, zee news etc.
More than 600 companies visit every year for various industry-academia activities and campus recruitment of students from LPU

The main concern of every student and their parents is the job and LPU fulfills that requirement. According to the placement data of 2019-20 LPU has given jobs to 90% of their students appearing in the interview. Even in 2020-21 placement record was up to 72% considering the lockdown situation and rising cases of corona patients, LPU has delivered its promise.

Hi there, am sure Jain University is a good university. The B Tech CSE program is one program that LPU is known for. Well-tailored course content to meet the global industrial needs, good faculty, and state-of-the-art facilities have left many NITs far behind.
The B Tech CSE program primarily deals with the development as well as designing of computer software and hardware processes with a strong focus on courses related to algorithms, computation, programming languages, program design, computer hardware, computer software, databases, operating systems, computer networking, etc. That are needed to build and solve problems using computers
The curriculum taught here is of international standard. One gets to learn from foreign and industry experts. There are provisions of international credits in some programs where a student gets an opportunity to go abroad to study.

School of engineering and technology, Jain University us not ranked by NIRF or by any other publisher whereas IPU has a rank of 85(NIRF) and 139(all publishers). Ipu is NAAC accredited (grade A), you can get a salary of 4 lacs after 2-5 yes of experience. Course duration in Jain University is 3yrs and in ipu is 4yrs. Both have similar infrastructure and facilities. IPU sounds much better choice than Jain University. Hope you find the right college for you. Best Regards.
