There is no minimum percentage requirement to be eligible to apply for JEE Main. You must have passed 10+2 or its equivalent with Mathematics, Physics and Chemistry from a recognized board to appear for JEE Main. Candidates appearing in 10+2 or its examination are also eligible to apply for JEE Main.
If you are seeking admission in to a private institute accepting JEE Main you need to fulfill the eligibility criteria specified by the institute in which you are seeking admission and the eligibility criteria is different for each institute. So please check the eligibility criteria that is specified by the institute to be eligible before applying for admission.

The cut off for the institutes accepting JEE Main score varies, so it is quite difficult to predict if you can get seat in Computer Science Engineering in a decent institute.
