Could I get a refund of my fees, if the admission is got cancelled by IGNOU for any discrepancy?

When it comes to discrepancy related to signature, photo or even any other relevant documents for that matter, usually in such cases there is a mail sent to the candidates to make the required alternative, but if the University denies the admission then after deduction of registration fee, the programme fee is refunded,
